By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or submitting course content on Enova Academy (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
Enova Academy is a global platform, open to learners and instructors worldwide, subject to the laws of your own country and any export or sanctions restrictions that apply to you. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Learner and instructor roles are currently self-selected at signup; Enova Academy reserves the right to suspend or reclassify any account found to be misrepresenting its role, identity, or qualifications.
Instructors retain ownership of the courses, sections, media, and other material they submit ("Instructor Content"). By submitting Instructor Content for review, you grant Enova Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, and distribute that content to enrolled and previewing learners for as long as the course remains published, and to remove or unpublish it at Enova Academy's discretion if it violates these terms, applicable law, or is found to be inaccurate, plagiarized, or unsafe. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to everything you submit, including any embedded third-party video, audio, or images.
Course access is for your personal, non-commercial learning use unless a course's license explicitly says otherwise. Don't share your account, don't redistribute course materials outside the Platform, and don't attempt to circumvent enrollment, payment, or access controls.
The following are never permitted on Enova Academy: harassment, hate speech, or abuse directed at other users; plagiarized, fraudulent, or unsafe course content; impersonating another person or entity; attempting to bypass the course-approval workflow, paywall, or access-control systems; scraping or automated bulk-downloading of course content; and uploading malware or attempting to compromise the Platform's security.
Enova Academy respects intellectual property rights and will remove infringing content reported through a valid takedown request. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, contact us with enough detail to locate the material and verify your claim.
Some courses require payment to unlock full access. Pricing is shown on each course page before purchase. Live payment processing is not yet enabled on this deployment — see the checkout page for current status. Once payments are live, this section will set out accepted payment methods, refund windows, and any currency-conversion or tax handling that applies.
Enova Academy doesn't guarantee that any specific course will remain available indefinitely — instructors may unpublish courses, and Enova Academy may remove courses that violate these terms. Where a paid course is removed for reasons other than a learner's violation of these terms, Enova Academy will address access or refund as appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. Enova Academy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
The Platform and its course content are provided "as is." Enova Academy doesn't guarantee that any course will meet your particular goals, that instructor-provided information is error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enova Academy's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid Enova Academy in the twelve months before the claim arose.
